With six weeks before the inauguration of President-elect Trump, we are mobilizing our communities for the fight ahead. Now more than ever, we are determined to defend and protect our immigrant communities.

On Sunday, December 18th, International Migrants Day, the New York Immigration Coalition will bring together our members and partners to rally and send a clear message to President-elect Trump and his administration: immigrant communities are here to stay and we will fight back against hate and anti-immigrant policies!

Will you join the movement to protect America's immigrants?

When: Sunday, December 18th at 1pm

Meeting Point: Dag Hammerskjold Plaza in Manhattan (East 47th St betw 1st and 2nd Ave in Manhattan)

Our Call to Action:

  • Defend the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which provides 50,000 New Yorkers (and 700,000 + nationally) with work permits and other essential resources
  • Protect immigrant communities from deportation
  • Prevent the creation of a Muslim registry
  • Support refugee resettlement
