As the NYIC expands its programmatic work in the Capital region, we are also growing our volunteer presence.
Volunteers Opportunities in this region may include, but are not limited to:
- Logistics (set up/breakdown, registration, floaters/event navigators)
- Interpretation (Spanish, Arabic, French, Haitian Creole, Wolof & Others)
- Legal Services Support (Intake)
People Interested in volunteering with the NYIC in the Capital Region must:
- Be 18 years of age;
- Fill out a NYIC Volunteer Form;
- Watch a NYIC volunteer orientation (the volunteer orientation recording will be sent to volunteers after completing the volunteer form)
