Proposed Public Charge Rule Changes

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) proposed a change to the public charge inadmissibility rule, which would threaten the ability of many immigrant families to enroll in public benefits without fear that it would negatively affecting their immigration status. Proposed HUD Rule Changes
